Update Schedule

Here’s the schedule of updates to the site based on the section

1) Entries - 3x per per week. This statement is made with the understanding that it is best effort. Events may arise that are beyond my control such as issues with my internet connection, issues with my PC, Acts of God, issues with my web hosting company, issues with the internet at large including congestion, and personal or family issues.

2) Movie Reviews - when I see one. This used to be quite frequently, but now it’s down to once or twice a month. That will vary though.

I welcome any and all comments about samhilliard.com, including suggestions about the content, layout and presentation. Please use the links provided on the contact page. I’ll do my best to respond promptly. My apologies in advance if it takes awhile.

What I do not welcome and am not soliciting in any manner via email or mail is any of the following:

1) Unpublished writing submissions - please do not send me an email or mail me anything you’ve written that you’re trying to get published. I’m not a literary agent and I’m not interested in representing any author at this time. Any communications sent to samhilliard.com that includes original unpublished work written by the sender where the sender requests feedback on the original work will not be read by me and I will not respond to it. It’s nothing personal–and I don’t mean it as an insult. I’m sure your writing is very good, but I have to do this for legal reasons. There are a lot of great resources for refining your craft, just take a look around you and you’re bound to find someone near you who can give you unbiased feedback.

2) Email with attachments. Any email sent to samhilliard.com that contains any attachments that consist(s) of file(s) with extensions other than .jpeg, jpg or .gif extensions will be deleted and will not be read. There are no exceptions to this. I won’t see them, read them or respond to them. This is for both legal and security reasons.
