I’m actually finding post-delivery harder, though I’m enjoying it more. Which makes partial sense, because I’m older and a little wiser.

Writing–which is its own struggle–preps one for more of the same; it has very little to do with publishing.

I want to get to a place where only the writing matters.

Congratulations on your book! It’s kind of like having a baby; the stuff you do after the gestation and delivery is maybe just as hard as what went before!
